Started with a personal trainer as I needed some external motivation to drag my ass into a gym and work out the funky muscle imbalances Iโ€™ve developed from years of cycling and sitting. Starting with ten sessions because they arenโ€™t cheap. Would appreciate your tips for maximizing value! ๐Ÿ’ช

This might help you out - I use the app called FitBot and it generates me a new workout routine daily based on what muscle groups are rested/tired. It's like $20/mo so totally worth it imo.

It has a big selection to choose from but tbh I set it to use body weight only exercises and Iโ€™m still seeing big results. They have videos to show proper form etc too.
