This morning I finished my second book of 2015. I was unintentionally following some of the techniques outlined within, but certainly neglecting others I can benefit from as well. Excited about utilizing these strategies to help maximize self-improvement going forward.

i read in in late 2023 after my surgery and it’s the only book i’ve read since i finished grad school, but good lordddd it changed my life. all of the habits i’ve let go of or formed in 2024 were bc of what my mind was able to absorb from this book. good pick to start of your year!

Cool book! The rule about not skipping twice really helps - I realized that if I break a streak, I tend to skip a few more times in a row, which completely breaks the habit
