What are the most persistent (longest standing) habits you continue to do & think are good? I’m talking about something you initiated intentionally, not like biting your nails. A couple of mine are journaling & intermittent fasting, 1 page most mornings and 16+ hours most days.

a strong kundalini practice every AM with the sun. cutting out wheat except occasions.
