Polygon PoS has been a mess for a long time. - increased fees arbitrarily to fight spam - increased confirmation speed and bandwidth so much that reorgs happen constantly - everything they did was rushed and shady - claimed they would convert the chain to zk, but without doing do, onboarded major brands

I wouldn't draw a conclusion. Narratives change fast. L2 sounds good to me. My transfers between Superchain and Polygon are fast as well.
