As a buildoor on EVM, have seen different approaches on GTM and building GTM teams. Do you see what's worked on a chain foundation team and protocol level in terms of the first hires and ideal team setup? Do you think it's highly variable depending on the needs of the protocol?

I haven't worked on GTM hiring here in over a year. In general, we've hired for super obvious needs first (social media) and then focused on hiring a Head of ____. Hire the best person you can, let them understand the needs and then build the team they think is best suited to address those needs. Does that answer?
