What exercises are you doing to improve grip strength? I started working on my finger strength again this week

My personal trainer has me doing "TRX" or whatever they're called - think parachute ropes fastened up high, 45 deg or so to you, you hold, lean back, arms straight, and then you do squats. My hands/forearms give out faster than my quads, so I think I need this

do the stuff i mentioned above ^ my hands/forearms would give out faster than the muscle groups i was intending to strengthen. having weak grip strength is a net negative in many ways.

I personally rock climb 1-2 times per week. Iβve been doing a little bit more at home to strengthen my finger strength at home in janky ways like doing finger tip holds off of my door frames lol
