Either the mapโ€™s wrong or the criteria could use some work because Miami is pretty objectively great for at least a few months a year more subjectively I would say ~6. Looks like Antarctica in this map

55F is a strict cutoff for dew point imo. Low 60s dew point isn't too bad. There's another version of the map with 65F as the cutoff.
