vandalism, sure terrorism in the US.. (or in any country with deeply unfair anti terrorism laws where "innocent"* people get their rights removed and can be sent to guantanamo), big NO *if this helps to prevent the next 11S could be acceptable but there is a big difference between a guy firing a tesla and the other..
