Esoteric health Farcaster rate my setup: Goal: lose 50 pounds Wake up: Decaf macchiato with skim milk ~ 20 cal 1st meal: 'French soup slop' ~ Ground turkey, potatoes, carrots, celery, garlic, onions, chicken broth, red wine, olive oil ~ 600 calories 2nd meal: Small can of salmon, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1 egg, pickles, Ezekiel 4:9 pita ~ 450 cal Snacks throughout the day: grapes, celery, 'shots' of orange juice: ~ 100 cal ~1200 calories a day Been doing this for about 5 weeks, plus working out 5 or 6 days a week, what Vital Nutrients am I missing here.

Working out five days a week and eating 1200 kcal a day sounds like brutal misery to me but if you can make it work then go for it

Add lots of walking to the mix as well. Slow cardio does wonders.

Cut out the snacks. You body needs time to let the blood sugar reset in between meals. When you keep adding sugar in between (orange juice shots) your blood sugar spikes back up (you don't burn fat when it's up).
