Esoteric health Farcaster rate my setup: Goal: lose 50 pounds Wake up: Decaf macchiato with skim milk ~ 20 cal 1st meal: 'French soup slop' ~ Ground turkey, potatoes, carrots, celery, garlic, onions, chicken broth, red wine, olive oil ~ 600 calories 2nd meal: Small can of salmon, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1 egg, pickles, Ezekiel 4:9 pita ~ 450 cal Snacks throughout the day: grapes, celery, 'shots' of orange juice: ~ 100 cal ~1200 calories a day Been doing this for about 5 weeks, plus working out 5 or 6 days a week, what Vital Nutrients am I missing here.

Working out five days a week and eating 1200 kcal a day sounds like brutal misery to me but if you can make it work then go for it

you know what, it does sound brutal, and i thought it would be but so far it's been pretty 'easy.' the workouts aren't crazy, 30 minutes or so of lifting with another 10 of jump rope or stair master. i drink a ton of water and tea and stuff throughout the day as well. surprisingly energy hasn't been a problem.
