here’s the difference between what’s happening on solana vs base: this isn’t a *just* a memecoin cycle on base. it’s a memecoin cycle on base powered and proliferated by open edition mints on zora. the best mints are driving value back to their respective coin.

Agreed though there are similar (although different mechanics) happening for solana artists through @drip and @mallow auctions. I’m riding the Base - Solana catamaran I think it just doesn’t break through the noise of twitter the way channels and Farcaster have created the capacity for artists to flourish here.

there’s a special allure to base, particularly to build things here. i’m wholeheartedly convinced that developers (whether noobs or pros) should be building on base. more specifically, i think learning & shipping frames offers the greatest ROI for any programmer rn and it’s not even close. fc will be v important.
