(you got to bear this non stop parenting casts from me for a few months) I am finding it hard to soothe the baby to sleep after a feed. He is well fed - but still gets fussy - wanting something more. Holding him on my chest or shoulder and gently rocking him isn’t soothing him like it used to the first couple of weeks. Any tips/techniques that could help me here? Currently trying some white noise sounds, and trying to keep it calm and not too much light. Used a pacifier a couple of times - but hesitating using it frequently.

So 1 thing to be aware of is that at a certain age they will be fussy just because they need to get out excess energy. So dont take it personally if they just scream at you for 30 minutes and then zonk.
