Musk and his cronies would have you believe that they are rooting out anti trump swampy bureaucrats who want to maintain the status quo. In reality many of these people are non partisans trying to be good stewards of sensitive (classified even) data that Musk has no clearance to get his grubby hands on.

It can't be overstated how fucking stupid it is to suddenly and on false pretenses tariff your allied neighbors. It's absurdly destabilizing to relations between the US and every other country in the world, all it achieves is isolating us for no long term benefits.

I'd feel a bit more comfortable about the future of this country if I saw literally any supposed centrist or 'fiscal conservative' thought leader in crypto bother to utter a single word about how reckless and crazy it is to unilaterally enact sweeping tariffs on allied countries you have an active trade agreement with.

Just fucking think about this for a second. Collectively everyone, even Trump's most loyal sycophants, publicly condemned the 1/6 rioters, it was a clearly terrible event, who wouldn't prosecute these people? Oh yeah the orange fascist who inspired them and 'loves' them.

There's this really cool thing you can do with allied/neighbor countries where you can enter into trade agreements. These can even be renegotiated and compromises can be made to get a good deal done. We used to do things in this smart way instead of imposing a massive tariff like a knuckle dragging ape. 🙃

If you didn't buy JellyJelly in the first 1-2 hours it was launched, you are currently in the red. Great way to go 'viral', decent way to get a quick buck to seed your project, great way to transfer wealth to the most sophisticated of traders, not a great way to treat your users/believers imo.

I decided to experiment last week being more active on @superanon, today I managed to make it to the top 3 and helped secure rank 1 in rewards for the account. Here's my takeaways: • I'm one of the funniest people on this platform - bearish (jk) • Casting more 'off the cuff' does surprisingly well. Compared to casts I thought out more in advance, these spur of the moment thoughts usually did better • It's much easier to get over a poor performing cast • It's more validating to see your casts succeed independent of your profile • The 1 hour delay between casts means you're almost never responding anonymously to someone replying to your anon cast • The moderation is not super clear, some of my casts that were either jokes/shitposts got removed arbitrarily imo. They were def more on the edge but still within the rules imo, but it's probably fine and moderating is surely a thankless task. • I would love to see a highlight of my best performing anon casts
