not sure if this game's still on but can't break a streak building /icebreaker with @j4ck.eth & team to make hiring not suck this week we shipped - updated jobs tab, with details panes for easy navigation - improved indexing of newly imported contacts - new jobs display in network updates - increased company coverage to 680 top VC funded companies on jobs.icebreaker.xyz - all jobs now indexed in near realtime from careers pages - bug fixes + open PRs for very cool stuff launching next week

Also since this cast, we relaunched jobs within icebreaker, surfacing the 4k top tier VC funded roles from jobs.icebreaker.xyz They are all clickable so you can see your mutuals at each company and share/refer/get intro Super basic right now, but powerful sorting and filtering, eg by network strength and skill fit, rolling out next week

Why does it cost $645 to post a job? (+ extra to add color) It should be free to simply announce you have a job and be found by people actively looking. The system is broken. Communication channels between companies and people have long been overtaken by rent-seeking intermediaries. The promise of eliminating the middlemen and rent-seekers is what excites me about web3.

Friend of a friend just told me about 4 roles some A+ founders in his network are hiring for rn: head of ops & strategy type role - seed (crypto) community manager - series A (crypto) founding ops lead - Seed (AI) founding engineer - Seed (AI) Don't plan on making this a habit but if you know anyone great looking, always happy to put in touch. Does anyone have partial or full follower graphs from GitHub and Twitter? (and the legal basis for sharing them) Would be nice to contribute toward a shared dataset as we begin to help users export their own Think the web3 interoperable data use case will only succeed if we can align around joint formats for reuse zkTLS solves the export but not necessarily the interoperability
