donβt adjust your goals, adjust your actions in 2016 i was DESPERATE to jump 13 meters (42.65 feet for the americans) i did competition after competition but i just couldn't get past that barrier i realised that something HAD to change so i started doing sports psychology ( i also changed my diet, i mean it was SO bad i used to eat subway cookies and crisps for my lunch every single day) i learned to no longer be obsessed with the distance but put all of my focus into what i could control e.g sleep, diet, strength training in 2017 i became british senior champion for the first time at 19 years old with 13.68 metres! oh and if you haven't done it yet follow /actrackclub π

I love the inspiration you are giving us! It helps remind me to keep going improving. This is what healthy people look like if you want to build healthy relationships/ friendships.
