This amazing! The amount of effort you put into yourself in all aspects is extremely impressive and admirable. I could definitely improve on my workout routines as of late. But one thing I have found is that over time if you have always trained your body for a certain level of fitness, your body actually has muscle memory and you can achieve a higher level of fitness through your life if you practice as many of these routines as possible. You are giving us very valuable information as well as sharing your amazing journey to the Olympics with us .π«ΆπΌ
