Workout update: Fitcasters! Took the day off (body was exhausted from yesterday’s workout - I don’t workout on Sunday’s) Here is a workout complex that I did a while back for inspiration… Focus: Unilateral strength + bilateral strength + Power 4-5 sets -Trapbar rear foot elevated split squats -Single leg squats (stabilization-activation) -Trapbar deadlifts -multidirectional work (lateral power focus) Try some of these movements in your next workout!
