Appreciation 02/06/25 1. Ice cream 🍨- I was given some bad news about my recent migraine doctor’s appointment and I have to go in for more testing. So I got myself some ice cream to cheer me up and it did just that. I appreciate ice cream as much as the next person! 2. Good health and pain free - we often take this for granted and it’s not until we are sick that we stop to realize how much we should appreciate this. We need to appreciate waking up in the morning healthy, strong and pain free. Thanks again @commstark ❤️ Streak 230!

🍦for the good health 😆 I was suffering from neck and back pain for the past 2 weeks, fully agree with you, I have taken for granted how I was able to move freely... The 🍦 looks really yummy, can't find an emoticon for that because it look too good!
