I appreciate: 1) me time: always appreciate this as at work, it helps me boost my productivity, at home I get to recharge and reflect. 2) silence: it gives me a sense of peace. 3) challenges: whenever there are challenges I get the chance to improve my skills.

I appreciate: 1) playgrounds: best place for kids to sweat it all out and parents to take a break. 2) ergonomic chair: it provides perfect support for my back and posture when I work at home. 3) kind words: sometimes in difficult situation it is not easy to communicate in a nice way, but thinking how I communicate can change the whole situation, I try my best to choose kind words over harsh ones.

I appreciate: 1. Vacations - I always look forward to vacations as they bring a chance to unwind and spend quality time with family. 2. Virtual reality - never really liked it that much but recently in a community event I enjoyed playing a virtual reality game with community members. We were really enjoying the ourselves in the game! 3. Vanilla ice-cream - that is best way to judge if an ice-cream is good.

I appreciate: 1) that when I was travelling, weather was great everyday. That made the trip much more enjoyable. 2) being able to slow down at work, even with a lot waiting for me. 3) getting back to normal and into my routine, even while still recovering from a cold.🤧

I appreciate: 1) that paper map still exists, it is still the best way for me to navigate my way using paper map. 2) being able to take time off from work to travel and finally not rushing to get things done. 3) the nice weather when I am travelling, it makes the journey so much better.
