Appreciation 02/02/25 1. Homemade gnocchi - I truly appreciate the person who created this wonderful food. It’s my go to food when I need to use up my old potatoes and limit food waste. It’s super easy and they taste great. I highly recommend if you want to learn something new! 2. Old potatoes 🥔- when they are on sale, I load up on potatoes! I often don’t use them all up and they force me to use them in different ways so that I don’t waste them. Bake, mash, fry, Blanche, so many ways! Appreciate the spuds! Nice!! I have been wanting to make them myself but I have been procrastinating 🫣 Pretty sure they'll taste way better than the store-bought ones! 100 $degen

Thank you ZK! I really appreciate the tip and your ongoing engagement! Gnocchis are 100% worth it! It seems like a lot at first but they also last forever because you can freeze them too! I don’t know if my degen tips will be back but you will be the first to know if they are! ❤️
