yea i basically did this a couple years ago and saw fast results. but ultimately not sustainable to spend 2hrs a day on working out, not even including any mobility work you might want to do and then the cooking and cleaning involved adds like 1.5 hrs total for all meals a day

I feel this. So what’s the sustainable solution? Guess you have to ultimately 80/20 it?

yea, i mean really you dont need to do all the shit he does to lose weight fast i did the following order to lose weight: 1. 10hr fasting window -> 8 -> 6 2. added 100g protein and <100g carb as a restriction. then <50g carbs. this gave me the fastest results, a lot of it is water loss but it rewires your brain 3. 10k steps a day or a 40min cardio session with bpm above 140 the whole time 4. after 3 got consistent, loosened fasting window back to 8hrs 5. added doing squats/walking after meals 6. loosened carb restriction back to 100g 7. added basic weightlifting (40min, 5 exercises, 3x a week) 8. increased strength training regimen to include mobility and other stuff, workout became 100min 4x a week 9. loosed carb restriction to 150g a day all happened week over week for 8weeks. lost 10lbs within 3 weeks, 15lbs total over 8
