Do you go to therapy? How often do you go and how long have you been going for? Phone call, video call, or IRL? How'd you find your current therapist? Does your insurance cover it? Roughly how much does it cost you? Would love to hear from anyone but especially men since I feel like it's a pretty under-discussed topic

Am a man. Have enjoyed therapy sessions once per week for over 2 years via video call. Found my therapist through Google. Completely covered by insurance. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) runs in my family. A lot of them drink about it, but therapy is my therapy. ↑

Definitely recommend therapy! I’ve been seeing my therapist regularly for over 6 years. Insurance used to cover it but now I’m out of pocket ($100/session). I used to do in person but then started doing video calls once Covid hit. It’s changed my life, 100% for the better.

Yes, on and off for 11 years, with current therapists only for almost a year tho (I've gone thru a good bit the last couple years). I have 2 and see one in person weekly and one just on talkspace like once or twice a month or weeks when I'm away. Lucky for insurance to cover it so it's like 20 or 30 bucks a visit).
