There should be a really great audio app built on top of Farcaster, there have been some good attempts but none of them have hit the mark imo, can be better than OG Clubhouse if done right

Definitely not easy by any means but there's something there

Big problem with Clubhouse was that they were trying to build their own graph (which is normal in web 2) and as a result couldn't focus on just nailing audio conversations (which naturally occur less than scrolling the feed — and that's okay!)

Twitter Spaces (Clubhouse should've taken the $4b acquisition, feature not a bug, hindsight is 20/20) but I think they still leave a lot to be desired despite their reach with being integrated directly into X

Not sure that it should be a frame tbh. It could be but it also feels like a sufficiently different experience and use case that could warrant its own app. If I was building one I wouldn't hold my breath to fit it in a frame.

I think teams are waiting for the ability to minimize frames.

I think you can build a killer social audio app in that time, it's probably one of a couple of client ideas I would actually work on that could live in tandem with Warpcast

Always thought of audio as a wc eventual-feature rather than a being worthy of a stand alone app. unless considerable differentiation is inserted (token anyone?) this seems like a risky bet.
