Reading the OP commiserate on a couple of levels and I'm concerned that "'early" and "toys" are easy excuses for a space that's unwilling to level up. At what point are we not early? At what point are permissionless slot machines not enough to justify the investment? Not answering these questions is a hazard imo.

Product quality and user retention are graded on a curve in crypto relative to Web2. I’ve been in and out of crypto for 7 years but the one constant is that “it’s still so early” I’d say we aren’t early anymore and need to stop using that as a crutch
