Yeah exactly. It's not that it provides anything ultra astute as much as it lets me communicate in a deeply jumbled up response, save energy (I'm not self-editing for clarity or understanding) and helping me organize and shape my concerns make them seem more manageable.

When I was in a rough time (several models ago) I got more value from gpt than my therapists and it wasn't close.

Most of the value was in all the typing, but I also wasn't worried about a clock and could dive into any issue freely.
