one idea that stuck w me from v young was how the distance between doing and not doing seems conceptually similar to the “distance” between 0 and 1 when in practice it’s actually 0 and 100 million. this articule reminded me of it

This article reminds me of so many favorite quotes/concepts: The man in the arena, well begun is half done, 10k (or even 100) hours of *intentional* effort, execution eats strategy. I appreciate the callout for doing the reading, but it’s important to balance “doing the reading” with “doing the thing.”
