@bitfalls @cobie @AstariaXYZ Actually a genius strategy. We felt squeamish about investing the money because we felt it deviated from the mandate of the investors and carried risk.

It was depressing how many of the latter our accountants knew.

Fascinating thread and this point is very salient: 

- Funding development from sustainable yield.

I actually like the point that nobody needs massive seed rounds in web3. Just raise enough to do a focused burn to get MVP and then start doing targeted raises for scaling. 

But instead of everyone funding every project idea directly in some casino game, we just fund sustainable yield investments that keep builders afloat until they hit pmf and can actually use more capital productively.
