Both at the same time Strength training while keeping your heart rate above 60% of your max heart rate will help increase cardiovascular endurance

I prefer that too but if you go back and forth i.e 1 set leg exercise then 1 set chest exercise the. Back to legs then chest etc until you have done all sets then move into the next two (never do two that use the same muscle group) Doing this will increase your heart rate to a minimum of 60% of your max heart rate increasing cardiovascular endurance all while strength training...

I thought that first you need to train one muscle group, and then the other

Why? That's like the dentist 🦷 saying they only can clean your top teeth but not your bottom teeth until the next day or whatever... It doesn't matter unless you are at an Olympic level training regime etc. Bottom line that's a myth. You can get a full body workout in 30 minutes or so.

I've been training for 1.5 hours, I'll know now that 30 minutes is enough 😁

It all depends on what your goals are and your current level etc. Exercise... That's all that matters in the end...
