new on supercast: sponsored signer approvals

why?
- you need an onchain transaction to allow supercast to post on your behalf
- the price of this used to be ~100 warps before eip-4844 or $1 if you have no warps or up to $4 during the gas spikes!
- some users like @joobid.eth spent outrageous sums on supercast signers — he alone is probably on $20+ in total spend)
- after eip-4844 approving a signer costs 10 warps
- and now supercast is able to pay for all approvals so all the user sees is “connect”

it’s honestly one my most awaited updates and i’m glad it finally works this way
