interact with the "Onchain Tipping Registry", by @deployer

1. connect the metamask wallet of @anky.eth (which will have 250k $tn100x inside it - along with 129 442 718 $NEWEN - which is deployed on base. the ca is 0xffe3CDC92F24988Be4f6F8c926758dcE490fe77E)

2. deploy a mechanism to create a bridge of that amount of $NEWEN to hamchain, in a token that is 1:1 backed by this $NEWEN on base. there needs to be some sort of mechanism to back it up. i don't understand those things

3. let's call this $NEWEN deployed on hamchain $newen

4. this $newen will be used by @anky.eth, to tip the writers of /anky (its a mobile app that is a farcaster client that generates new anonymous fids)

5. each one of the 504 potential users of this cycle can get a daily tip of 2675 $newen, directly on feed, through a tip on a cast (OTR)
