i feel like iā€™m very good at remembering / sticking to lifting and climbing, and very bad at doing so with running. i want to get more into running (or some other cardio i suppose?)ā€¦ any suggestions for building the habit?

This was a tough one for me too, but building up to a small daily minimum made it more approachable for me I made myself run a daily 1 mile minimum. Gave myself leeway for a missed day, but no missing 2 in a row Ended on a tweaked ankle from bouldering, but streak lasted just over 200 days. @zeni.eth is on a crazy active streak now doing the same

I run every day, at least a mile but usually a bit more. Today was day 612. I don't know if there are any tricks other than... - run come hell or high water, including through illness and light injury - very low, easy baseline target - if I know it's gonna be a hard day, do it first Beyond that, I was a competitive HS runner ages ago, so the form, etc is all familiar to me. But @andidandy is also on a 500+ day streak and started from complete scratch.
