Back when I was in school I made this decision matrix to help me choose between jobs when I graduated. 

Looking back at it I was obviously midwitting it but sharing here anyways in case it’s helpful

Reflecting on the two answers I’ve already dmed you, which probably were both bad ideas at the time. I think I could’ve just used one variable: working with kind, hard-working, mission oriented people.

Company 2 looks sus based on this analysis.

$100k+ salary, product market fit (?), Series A, been in business for multiple years, large market

But only $300k ARR

They’re still alive, it was a medtech startup so needed a lot of upfront capital to get regulatory approval before selling. So what you said :P
