I’ve been particularly busy lately so I hired a part time EA off upwork. It’s been fantastic. Delegating personal & professional tasks let me focus on things that are the best use of my time. Part-time contract-based also means I can scale up (or down) support when needed

Most important lesson is that you should actually have concrete, semi-structured tasks ready to delegate Onboarding was very lightweight, just hopped on a call and walked through what I needed & the tools we used
