I’ve been particularly busy lately so I hired a part time EA off upwork. It’s been fantastic. Delegating personal & professional tasks let me focus on things that are the best use of my time. Part-time contract-based also means I can scale up (or down) support when needed

Works great as long as you find the right person for the job. The opposite happens when you find someone who doesn’t care enough to do the job and you find yourself solving even more problems. I’ve had both types of people working for me. The former is an absolute blessing.

Would be cool if you could handle those contracts on chain for virtually no fee and let your workers and yourself to use the experience and payment it as leverage. Check us out @Jobanetwork :)
