we used to do this (plus a bunch more) every single day before practice will probably be a part of my muscle memory when I'm old only disadvantage to doing these at a casual track meet is that it takes away the element of surprise that you're not quite a casual πŸ˜…

yes i thought this would bring back memories for anyone who has done track πŸ˜† i've been doing these since being a kid and they still work hahaha! you could always do then in the car park so no one sees!🀣
