Minivans are the Goldilocks of parental cool: (somewhat) affordable, spacious, highly functional, fuel efficient, powerful, and they last forever. 

It’s not even that hard to make them “cool” by adding a roof rack, wheels, etc.

Can't deny a bit of that, sure. 😅 "Parental cool" is categorically different. As much as I'd like a GT3RS, Zuck's custom GT3 minivan is a stretch.

I've always gotten a kick out of the "awkward billionaire lives out his childhood cool kid dreams" arc. 

It's kind of a "well I'm glad someone gets to do it" type of thing.

That’s a great way to put it. It’s like a form of speculation. If it turns out well, it could become “a thing”. If I had that money, I’d likely make a few crazy combos like that.
