trying another food bounty what is your top “flavor-to-effort ratio” recipe? 1. Buy fresh salmon. 2. Cook it to 51°C internal temp. Fresh salmon cooked to the right temperature has an amazing "favor-to-effort ratio". I prefer the fattier varities like NZ king salmon. --- Optional: Lightly salt and pepper if you want (I don't bother). Options for Cooking: 1. Oven: 200°C 2. Steam: my fancy Japanese microwave does this. About 4m30s. (pictured on top of son's bento)

(negative 500 $degen for having me convert celsius to fahrenheit 🤣) salmon as a protein is def up there on flavor to effort. you can cook it fast or slow, it’s good med rare to well done, and it’s got enough fat that there’s some buffer if you take it too far
