I'm Korean so I'll recommend a Korean egg dish, eggs are everywhere so you can try it. If you need a YouTube video, just search for "korean egg roll" or "gyeranmari" and you'll find it.
cooking oil. 5 eggs, finely chop carrot, onion, green onion
Start by beating the 3 eggs in a bowl and adding a pinch of salt. Mix in the finely chopped carrot, onion, and green onion. (Vegetables are optional)
Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and lightly coat it with cooking oil. Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan. Once it starts to set, carefully roll it from one end to the other. Push the rolled egg to one side of the pan, pour more egg mixture into the empty space, and repeat the rolling process until all the mixture is used up. Finally, slice the rolled egg into bite-sized pieces. 1 reply

Easy paella recipe include:
Produce: onion, bell pepper, garlic, tomatoes, parsley, frozen peas.
Spices: bay leaf, paprika, saffron, salt and pepper.
Saffron: this may be the most important ingredient, so it’s best to buy high quality. If your grocery store doesn’t carry it, try an International food market, or Amazon. If necessary, substitute 1 teaspoon saffron powder.
Seafood: jumbo shrimp, mussels, calamari.
Chicken thighs: I prefer thighs to breasts in the recipe since they don’t dry out as easily during longer cook times.
Olive Oil: Spanish olive oil , or any good quality olive oil.
White wine.
Spanish Rice: See my notes below about the rice, and possible substitutions.
Chicken Broth: Authentic paella would include making your own fish stock from the discarded shells of seafood. I usually substitute chicken broth, for convenience.

Sheet pan chicken fajitas are my go-to for a reason, they're ridiculously simple, you can mix it up and eat it with a lot of different stuff, and everyone likes it literally.
As seen you’d need the chicken breasts obviously🤣, some bell pepper( I like using a mix of colors), some onions, olive oil, taco seasoning of your choice, salt and pepper.
Just toss everything on a a baking sheet, preheat your oven and roast for scout 25 minutes or till the chicken is cooked.
Also to add You can really add anything you like for veggies or even use different proteins.
The best part is you’d have left over for days and can eat it with tortillas, over rice or even just straight up 1 reply
