Crowd-evaluated bounties 

Make it easy to post a bounty on @bountycaster but have a group of evaluators vote on the winning bounty.

I’d post way more bounties if I knew the top response would get sorted out automatically.

Would even pay a premium and have the extra fee go to the evaluators.
