So time to admit my ignorance, but I still don’t *really* know how tipping $DEGEN works.

Does the amount you tip someone equal the amount they will receive in the airdrop? Or is it just “points” and 1 $DEGEN tipped doesn’t equate to 1 $DEGEN ERC20 airdropped?

Yes it is 1:1. You probably are thinking it’s too good to be true. I’ve heard the motivation for the recent 1 million bonus allowance is to compensate for unused daily allowances (on other days)

The amount of Degen you can claim is precisely equal to whatever you receive in tips.

You receive the amount of degen you are tipped

Wondering about $DEGEN but feel it’s too late to ask? No worries, here’s the TL;DR

- token used for tipping creators and posts
- active FC users get a daily allocation, check yours on https://www.degen.tips/airdrop2
- most of the tokens don’t exist yet onchain, they’ll get airdropped when Airdrop 2 ends
