So time to admit my ignorance, but I still don’t *really* know how tipping $DEGEN works.

Does the amount you tip someone equal the amount they will receive in the airdrop? Or is it just “points” and 1 $DEGEN tipped doesn’t equate to 1 $DEGEN ERC20 airdropped?

Yes it is 1:1. You probably are thinking it’s too good to be true. I’ve heard the motivation for the recent 1 million bonus allowance is to compensate for unused daily allowances (on other days)

either the token is going to massively nuke in 2 weeks or I just made $4000 today just by shitposting

I’m sure there is a frame/dune dashboard somewhere to check against the FID. But I cannot be bothered, if I see the 🎩 I just assume 1 million fake internet money

Is there a way of knowing verifying  whether the $degen tip is actually legit
I suspect a lot of $degen tipped today was not real/the tipper didn't have it
....still it was fun

But doesn’t also mean if I say 100 $Degen then that 100 is subtracted from a total that I currently have. Like is tipping…. Coming out of the tippers pocket? Or is it coming out of degen coffers?
