Honestly, they all feel really really difficult! I’ve written seven books, and every time I start one I think it’s going to be different. I can say, however, that the puzzle box, this new book, was the most fun I’ve had writing a novel ever. I think it’s because I love Japan, and the idea of solving a puzzle box was so alluring and interesting to me that it didn’t feel like work in the same way.I’ve heard people say that reading it is equally fun.
