As someone who was pretty anti-Solana from an architecture standpoint, I find myself on the pro-Solana side when it comes to GTM Super weird to find myself here, and sometimes I can't effectively articulate why I have conviction that Solana is here to stay (in addition to believing & investing in the EVM world)

I find myself in a very similar boat. The only way I can articulate why I believe Solana has staying power is because normies seem to love it for memecoins and don't even think about ETH. The reason I believe the EVM has staying power is because of its network effect and the variety of protocols and applications built on top of it.

Normies don't care about architecture. They care about speed and making money fast. Solana was a first-mover in what felt like instant transactions and the shiny object syndrome gives people a lot of confidence they can win the next lottery ticket. I'm a Base guy through and through but Solana's mindshare in the wider crypto zeitgest is undeniable
