+ Imagine all your AI tools (chat, cursor, etc) were embodied as one human "Intern" who worked remotely.
+ All of the interfacing and outputs are the same.
+ Rate of improvement is also the same.

Let's say you have $1M in annual salary available to spend.

What's max you would pay this Intern?

playing /bracket, assisting /bracky, talking /greatbooks

1. quantify the marginal benefit they're bringing to your business

2. pay them that amount

i think we'll start to see comp packages that are marked to revenue per employee - both human and AI - and it will be a power law distribution
