Do you send any of these folks free samples?

I might reply with something like:

"Thanks for letting me know - happy to keep in touch for when the time is right.

In the meantime, I'd love to send you some samples.

What's the best address for you?"

Hmmm it was more of a non answer “we’re not looking to stock any more candle brands, but we’ll keep your wholesale catalogue on file”.
