Content coins seem directionally correct for the technology but the UX isn’t for normal people yet.

Fine for memecoin folks, but I think for everyone else “fractionalization” and “owning a piece of X” is more understandable and palatable than making the UX super financialized with swaps and buys.

Let me opt in to owning a percentage of the thing, don’t make me think about owning X $madeuptoken

On the other hand, "owning a piece of X" is definitely more understandable and palatable - but if you own the thing, it only makes sense to see the history of who else has owned that same thing and when

In a non-crypto context: yes, I love owning a pair of Jordan 1s, *and* I also love seeing who else owns and wears Jordan 1s *and* when they got them. 

Owning the shoe is one thing, but knowing who else owns them, how many pairs, when they bought them, etc tells me more

Definitely agree

I think there is a lot to learn from other assets outside crypto that show similar dynamics

We probably want to start using words that normies use instead of forcing them to accept our industry jargon
