fun thought experiment: let's say erewhon, hypothetically, just raised another round of private equity. for those unfamiliar, erewhon is an LA-based a high-end organic and natural food supermarket chain with 10 locations. last round was in 2019 with 5 locations. what would you guess the most recent valuation is?

Can’t disclose anything 😅 but I have to imagine it’s closer to a $500-$750m valuation. They sell 40,000 Hailey Bieber smoothies per month… so they’re making close to $800k monthly revenue on that product alone 😳
