1. Curious his thoughts on fasting? I know he eats at a caloric deficit each day, but don’t believe he’s incorporated 24+ hour fasting.

2. Most of his recipes seem to have a large Venn Diagram overlap with r/volumeeating?

3. Has he come to a conclusion on ideal body fat %? (Most psych studies put it 10-12%?)
