took a big jump from last week, not the cleanest lift, but got it done. should be back over 500 by the end of this block 220kg/485lbs

do you do your own training programming or do you work with a coach?

pretty much just write my own stuff, I’ve been thinking about getting a coach recently though, mostly to help with accountability the programming I’m running rn is super simple, basically just pieced together stuff from online templates. have had a lot of time to trial and error and figure out specific exercises and stuff that work for me
