Opsec is always p0, appreciate the honesty too re: your hacks. We're all human. I remember when working at Coinbase a few employees fell for a sophisticated phishing attempt. That's when I knew if it can happen HERE it can happen anywhere.

If someone is targeting you as an individual and is willing to put in the time to gain your trust, that's a completely different scenario. Not everyone knows your personal info is available on the internet, you can forge an email sender or even the basics of visually inspecting the url. Sadly.
